Gentle Heart- for so many of us, coming to be gentle with ourselves is a profoundly important life task — the practice needs tending to and anchors and reminders are useful.
Go Soft - feeling ‘touched’ by loving gestures and small things softens the heart. I’m aiming for more connectivity between people and openness of hearts.
Creativity is Play – Play is restorative and can be healing— no matter what age.

Woollen Soft
Touch the gentleness. Wool sourced from Custom Woolen Mills in rural Alberta. The wool is minimally processed (no harsh chemicals) on vintage 19th century equipment comes from Dorset sheep.

Rustic Woods
Foraged branches, sticks, bark, and vibrant lichen from the Bridge River Valley. Lichen is stunning and grows on mighty Douglas Firs. Colour is enduring.

From beachcoming on BC’s South Coast and Gulf Islands, I share stone, shells and smooth driftwoods.
